1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after availability is verified by our team and required payment or advance confirmation is received, where applicable.

2. Cancellation by Guest

Guests may request cancellation by calling us or emailing us with booking details.

Standard Cancellation Terms:

  • Cancellation requested 48 hours or more before check-in may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the booking terms shared at the time of reservation.
  • Cancellation requested within 48 hours of check-in may attract cancellation charges.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method or mutually agreed transfer method.
  • Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on banking channels.

4. Date Change / Rescheduling

Change of travel dates is subject to room availability and prevailing rates. We recommend informing us as early as possible.

5. Cancellation by Property

In rare situations such as operational issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond control, if we are unable to honor a confirmed booking, suitable alternatives or refund assistance will be offered where applicable.

6. Force Majeure

Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by natural events, government restrictions, transport disruptions, or emergencies may be handled case-by-case.
